Abu Dhabi – Noatum Maritime, part of AD Ports Group, has formed a strategic collaboration with Siemens Energy and Green Parrot Tech FZE to support the growing offshore renewable energy sector.
Through this partnership, the three companies will combine their expertise to develop critical offshore renewable infrastructure, including offshore substations and power transmission networks. The collaboration is designed to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions for renewable energy developers, covering engineering design, electrical systems, offshore logistics, subsea services, fabrication, and overall project management.
By aligning advanced technology, engineering capabilities, and offshore operational experience, the partners aim to simplify project execution, reduce interface challenges, and offer a single, coordinated solution. This integrated approach is expected to improve efficiency, shorten project timelines, and lower costs throughout the lifecycle of offshore renewable energy developments.
In addition to fixed offshore assets, the partnership will explore opportunities in emerging energy solutions such as floating power plants and floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs), reflecting the increasing role of innovative offshore technologies in the global energy transition.
Captain Ammar Al Shaiba, CEO of the Maritime & Shipping Cluster at AD Ports Group, stated that the partnership brings together complementary strengths to support the development of next-generation renewable energy infrastructure. He emphasized that the initiative aligns with regional and global efforts to accelerate the shift toward low-carbon energy systems.

He noted that combining Siemens Energy’s global engineering expertise with Noatum Maritime’s offshore operations and Green Parrot Tech’s specialized capabilities will help shape advanced offshore energy solutions for the future.
Diego A. Aguilar, Founder and CEO of Green Parrot Tech, added that the collaboration enables the delivery of comprehensive, full-lifecycle solutions for offshore renewable projects, including strategic assets, floating infrastructure technologies, and specialized offshore services.
