DUBAI, UAE – April 22, 2025 — Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the 11th edition of the World Green Economy Summit (WGES) will take place on October 1–2, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Organized by the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, in collaboration with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO), this year’s summit will be held under the theme: “Innovating for Impact: Accelerating the Future of the Green Economy.”

The WGES 2025 is expected to draw a high-level gathering of local and international leaders, including government officials, climate experts, policymakers, and academics. The summit will serve as a critical forum for driving forward strategies that support a rapid and inclusive transition toward a global green economy.
